JSC “Kostanay International Airport named after Akhmet Baitursynuly” offers at your service a modern CIP-lounge (Commercial Important Person), located to the left of the main entrance to the new arrivals hall. The services of the CIP lounge can be used by both individuals and legal entities – for cash or non—cash payment. Everyone can use this service both on departure and on arrival in Kostanay, without the need for a prior request.
ON ARRIVAL:
The VIP lounge agent meets passengers at the aircraft ramp and escorts them to the CIP lounge on a specially designated transport.
Passengers go through passport and customs control (international arrival), after which they wait for baggage delivery.
ON DEPARTURE:
A CIP lounge agent checks in passengers and helps with customs and passport control (on international flights). After that, passengers can relax in a cozy atmosphere, use the services of the bar (for a fee), wireless Internet, TV, and read printed materials.

Domestic flights in Kazakhstan – 10,000 (including VAT) thousand tenge for one departing and one accompanying passenger.
Business aviation (business jets) – USD 100 (including VAT) in tenge at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the date of payment per passenger.
Regular international and scheduled charter flights 15,000 (including VAT) thousands per passenger and 10,000 (including VAT) thousands for a greeter/escort.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
