We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure on domestic flights and 3 hours before departure on international flights. Check-in ends 40 minutes before departure.
Please make sure that you have brought your ticket, passport and ID card with you before arriving at the airport. Passengers without identification will not be accepted on board. All passengers, including children and infants, are required to have identification documents with them during check-in.
Baggage restrictions may vary for each airline. Information about the number of bags and weight restrictions can be obtained from the airline you are traveling with.
Ticket registration and baggage handling for departing passengers for international and domestic destinations are carried out at 5 check–in counters on the first floor of the Terminal.
There are also separate check–in counters – CIP for domestic flights and for international flights.
The passenger service checks in passengers departing by airlines such as Fly Arystan, Kazakh Air, SKAT, AK Russia. Passengers have the opportunity to check in online in advance by using this service on the official websites of the airlines. Self-check-in kiosks are installed in the terminal, which allow passengers to check in on their own with hand luggage.
The size of hand luggage allowed in the cabin depends on the airline’s requirements.
The baggage allowance is determined by your purchased fare.

– Corrosive substances,
– Magnetic materials,
– Harmful substances or fetid substances and irritating substances.
It should be noted that it is prohibited to transport small personal motorized vehicles powered by lithium batteries, such as:
– Gyro scooter,
– Motorcycle,segway, scooter,
– Single–wheeled gyro scooter,
– Monocycle,
– Compact electric monocycle)
and other similar items listed above.
We recommend that pregnant women familiarize themselves with the airline’s requirements before their intended departure.
The passenger service agent and the flight attendant have the right to request supporting certificates of pregnancy and general health status.
It is preferable for expectant mothers to arrive on the flight at the beginning of check-in.;
Pregnant passengers must provide an exchange card during check-in to determine the duration of pregnancy and further actions.;
1. Up to 22 weeks – an exchange card, where the gestation period is indicated.
2. 22-32 (multiple pregnancy) and 22-34 (single pregnancy) – medical organization’s certificate of gestation and satisfactory health status and an exchange card. The certificate is valid for 30 days.
3. Over 32 (multiple pregnancies) – certificate 026 and an exchange card.
Over 34 (single pregnancy) – certificate 026 and an exchange card.
4. Do not accept for transportation 7 days before the expected delivery.
5. Postpartum women and newborn babies are not allowed during the first 7 calendar days after the birth of the child.

FlyArystan passengers are allowed to take small cats, dogs and fish, turtles (up to 8 kg) (PETC) with them into the cabin of the aircraft. When transporting fish, passengers must indicate their quantity, size and weight of the container for their transportation, as well as the total weight.
Passengers traveling with pets cannot purchase paid seats on the 1st and emergency rows. No more than one passenger with a confirmed pet transportation service is allowed in one row.
Cats and dogs weighing over 8 kg can be transported in the cargo compartments of an aircraft (AVIH).
Birds and rodents cannot be transported either in the cabin or as checked baggage. It is allowed to transport birds in the cargo compartments of an aircraft with an air waybill.
The shipping container must be strong enough that he cannot get out of it during the journey. In addition, the bottom of the container must be impermeable to liquid, and it must have openings for ventilation and animal feeding. When transporting small fish, it is required:
1 aquarium or glass jar with a lid (in which there should be an air hole) and the minimum amount of water necessary for the safe existence of fish during transportation. It is not allowed to transport fish in plastic bags, and such transportation will be refused.
Animals transported in cargo compartments (AVIH)
When transporting AVIH, the maximum weight is 50 kg, including the weight of the container. Animals weighing more than this limit are accepted for transportation as cargo with an air waybill. Animals weighing more than 40 kg must be transported in sturdy wooden containers.
When transporting AVIH, no more than two animals of approximately the same size can be transported in one container, which are accustomed to living together, and the weight of each animal should not exceed 14 kg. Animals weighing more than 14 kg are transported in separate containers. It is allowed to transport no more than three animals of the same litter in one container, whose age does not exceed six months.
The age of the animals accepted for transportation must not be less than 3 months.
Passengers are informed through sound announcements of the opening/closing of check-in/boarding, arrival/departure of flights, as well as through information boards equipped with the check-in area and departure halls.

If the passenger has committed offenses, including:
created a situation that threatens the safety of the flight or the life of another person;
He created a situation threatening the health, honor and dignity of other passengers and air staff, and verbally insulted or physically abused them.;
intentionally obstructed the crew members in the performance of their duties;
refused to comply with the safety requirements of the crew;
He refused to fasten his seat belts when the “Fasten your seat belts” sign was on and violated the airline’s no smoking policy on board the aircraft.;
committed a criminal offense;
He consumed his own alcoholic beverages, including those purchased at duty-free shops, with the exception of those offered on board as part of standard service.;

threatened to use an explosive device;
He created conditions that were uncomfortable for the rest of the passengers and hindered the work of the crew members.;
committed damage to property belonging to the airline and/or took it off the plane,
In such cases, it is entitled to take the following measures to curb and prevent unacceptable behavior:
to refuse the passenger transportation to the final destination;
transfer the passenger to the law enforcement authorities of the state of landing of the aircraft, followed by prosecution according to the laws of the host country.
